Where does belonging begin?
The outcast is an archetype so many of us recognise. So how do we feel when we truly belong?
We women are so often taught to mold ourselves into acceptability. To be pleasing to the eye, not too loud, not too challenging. Not too big. Not too small.
And at the end of this journey, we lose ourselves. We ‘unbelong’ to our own sacred nature.
The symptoms of unbelonging include
Adrenal burnout as we run in every direction trying to please others
Brain fog as we forget to tune into our own brilliant intuitive selves
Addictive behaviours as we seek to fill the emptiness we feel in our deepest being
A persistent feeling that we don’t fit in
Feeling any or all of the above? You are not alone.
And you have already taken the first step on the journey back home to yourself.
But before you can feel the fullness of who you are, you need to feel the fertile emptiness of yourself. You need to travel through the wounding of your heart in order to take responsibility for yourself. To walk through the darkness in order to emerge radiant, and intact and whole.
This is the greatest adventure you will ever have. It’s a passage to sovereignty, to authentic power and the grace of being fully, unapologetically yourself in the world.
Yes there are demons and dark corners. But there is also magic, play, lightness. And companionship along the way.
It's time to own your crown.
It’s time to take the reins of your own precious life.
Are you ready?
