 I’m Sarah-Jayne, an experienced Creative Psychotherapist working with women, who believes in a wholistic approach to health and wellbeing.  More than anything I am a Human…one that knows what it is to live as an Edge Walker, one that feels like I don’t belong…different, edgy Always wanting to FIT IN and BELONG.  One who knows the journey from 

SELF LOATHING TO SELF ACCEPTANCE and TRUST. 

One who knows what it is like to be lost in the depths of the Void, the place of the unknown, the edge of both life and society.  Lonely, self doubting and afraid of shining…

My aim is to support you on a journey that guides you through the ‘grit, this could include depression, low self esteem, trauma, grief or feeling stuck, to discover the ‘gratitude’ and ‘grace’ of embracing a fulfilled and expressed life.  With deep empathy and grace, I invite you to wander off the well worn path of past familial behaviours onto the path of rediscovery and soul-liberation.

I specialise in empowering women to live full lives and know their worth to cross the THRESHOLD into Truth and Alignment with their higher calling.

To live fully embodied; to be expansive, expressive, creative, daring and in tune with their sensual lives.

To be in full integrity with self.

Creating a place to heal the deepest of wounds.

To allow joy and wonder to entertain the spirit and entice it to be fully present in the body.

To be embodied for all of life’s pleasures once again!
