I have an exciting announcement!
After 360 days immersed with a cohort of heart centred intelligent beautiful humans who know the importance of embodiment and authenticity.
I am now a 360 EMERGENCE facilitator.
What does that mean?
It means I have deepened my dance and facilitator training with an organisation that is modern, inclusive and heart lead.
With a people centric and shamanic approach to movement and living The 360 is developed from a long lineage of 5Rhythms, shamanic traditions and yoga nidra.
The 360 is a whole lot of magic, mystery mixed with the reality and eye on all that is alive and emerging in the world.
The 360 EMERGENCE is birthed from a desire to move with the times. It is love, a seeing and holding of beauty and faith in the goodness of humans
The beings on this path are ones who know how vital it is to move in community. How vital it is to be oneself fully and how dance, connection and authenticity can get us there.
With an eye and pulse on building the body to allow expansion without the chaos of trauma. It invites full permission to shine, live and live with vitality.
These are and an organisation and humans I value deeply in the world.
As I move forward graced with the privilege of being a facilitator of The 360 EMERGENCE I walk and dance beside beings I both admire and trust.
