Dance has been a lifesaver for me in this profoundly beautiful, and painful passage. It helps me navigate in the darkness, regulates my nervous system, and gets me unstuck when emotions overwhelm me.

Doors open to those who can:
Commit to 10 weekly sessions of movement and journaling.
Attend 3 online circles Monday at GMT 7-8pm.
Complete a questionnaire before and after sessions.
