What are you hiding?

Even on the darkest days, there is a spark of light. As we move through those dark passages in our lives, we hold the medicine of light in our hearts. Both light and dark are our beloveds. This polarity is our human story and is a potent place to work a we move into authenticity and integrity.

When we trust and honour ourselves, we learn that we can transmute even those aspects of ourselves we feel more ashamed or afraid of. As we do this work, we can emerge into a world waiting for our extraordinary gifts and beauty. We alchemise shame and fear into love. Clear the body and mind to open the spirit to all that is.

This is our work, our journey. Your brave, willing and open heart just needs to turn towards itself. From this place you will find the courage to turn again towards others with ALL of who you are. From this place, together we weave the magnificent light and dark within each of us, and once again dance in the glory of life.

Here we return truly home, at peace with ourselves and with each other.
